The minimum for the first order is $400 (at wholesale cost) and payment by credit card is required. The minimum for subsequent orders is $100. Shipping is additional and will be calculated once your order is placed. 

Although we would like to maintain an inventory of every item listed in our Products section, this is not possible. Lead times for products not in stock can vary from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the item.

We use great care in packing Chamba. Each piece is wrapped in thick bubble wrap and enclosed in a double-walled cardboard box. We typically ship with USPS and FedEx Ground. All sales are FOB Santa Cruz. We will charge you for the freight upon shipment, but do not charge for packing and handling.

If an item is damaged in transit, you will need to complete a Damage Form. We also require that you phone USPS/FedEx and file a claim with them. When the shipping company contacts us, we will issue you full credit for the damaged merchandise. Please expect 4-6 weeks to complete the refund.
